Ok this is what I got the washer will fill up and drain but want agitate or spin.But I can turn the timer it will drain the water out?In other words all it will do is fill up with water and drain by manually turning the timer switch to drain it.

The motor stores codes and some of the codes will stop the motors operation. There is also a motor fuse that could be blown. This page will help with both of these problems HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide
