I have a GE garbage disposer. Its making noise , seams to be jammed but there is no hex hole on the bottom to try to un jam it . Please help

Thanks Gene,
I'm going to try a wooden handle of some sort first, hammer, plunger etc. To try to get the fly wheel to turn. I think thats what that special wrench does. I tried to find a picture of the wrench but cannt.
