The main bearing in our duet went out, Our repair man says it's under warentee but he's on vacation this week. It washes fine and will still spin but it's slower, makes a racket, and stops after 30sec. of (trying to) spin. After that it show a code of E or F 2. forget which and refuses to spin anymore. Is there a way to override the electronics / sensors and get it to continue (to try and) spin anyway? We hate the idea of going to the laundrymat.
TIA

If you continue to use it may cause more damage than already have. thats the purpose of the error codes..

With bad bearings, the motor will draw more current to spin the basket, the higher the speed, the more current. Eventually the motor will thermally shut down and the motor drive semiconductor devices may burn out.
