A couple of years ago I was having F2 errors upon starting the cleaning cycle.

I replaced the temperature probe in the back... Checked the resistance and put everything back.

That didn't fix the problem, so I lived with it for a bit.

Recently I replaced the ERC WB27T10265.

I am still getting the F2 code. What else could there be? The door latch mechanism?

Please help!

Also, where is the S/N? As per GE's page, I have looked around the inner door frame and around the metal vent area, upper door area around below controls.

Could the fan be bad?
