My refrigerator (PLHS267ZAB6 Frigidaire) Side-by-Side has been freezing everything. When I turn the refrigerator temp control down the blower in the top left corner quits blowing forced cold air however, cold air keeps coming out. When I turn the control switch to off (0) cold air completely quits coming out.
Does the freezer supply the refrigerator with cold air through the dividing wall? It almost sounds like this is the case. Do I have this right; the thermostat opens a dampener between the freezer and fridge, if so how do you diagnose which one is the problem?

This is exactly what is occuring with my Frigidaire side-by-side Model FRS23KF6CW1 (manufactured 8/2003). [20 deg in refrig;0 or less in freezer.]
I have all controls exposed and was going to ask the same question. I will follow your thread. I have to see how to troubleshoot the controls.
