I have a Jenn Air frig Model JCD2389GES that is not cooling properly on the refer side. The Freezer section is good and cold. I had a fan inside the frig making a noise a few days ago but that went away.

Any ideas?

We had the exact same thing happen to us about 2 weeks ago and now we are having that same cooling problem? What is the cause or issue?
Please advise.
Thank you!

I had to change out the defrost sircuit bord. Mine was located in the top of the fridge side uder a shroud. Now it works fine. The relay in the board quit working and would not go itnot defrost mode. Also had to defrost my freezer side to get it cooling quicker. On my fridge you could not see the frost but had to tak everything out and remove the bakc wll covers. Sounds like a lot of work but really fairly simple to do. Good Luck.

HI Pwatts, thank you.
Just a couple of questions...
How did you get that white shroad off? there are clips in the back but I don't want to brake it?
The defrost circuit board, is that the brass looking thing and what was the part number of the circuit board? easy to get?
Lastly,
DO I have to defrost the freezer to replace this curcuit board?
Thank you greatly!
