I just got this washer from a friend. When they delivered the washer to me it was placed on it's side. It leaked a bit of oil in this position. When I ran it for the first time the bottom half of the agitator works fine, but the top does not move. It is completely loose and free moving whether machine is agitating or not. It does this during the rinse cycle also. We were thinking the upper agitator might need to have the "dogs" replaced. Is there anything else we could check/try? Or would those be the parts to replace? The inside of the upper agitator seem to have the teeth intact, it looks like the "dogs" just aren't making frim enough contact.
Thanks.
