Microwave died yesterday when I used a generator during power outage.
No lights or sounds at all. Found some info here, removed control panel,
found one fuse inside, it seems to be working. I read somewhere there are two more fuses, but can they be destroyed if microwave wasnt working(cooking) at that time? And what would power surge destroy 1st, 2nd, ...
Is there anything on control panel I can test which point me to broken part? Thanks

Microwave ovens have sensitive electronic controls that are vulnerable to both power surges, and low power. I would first check the fuses; then check to see if it is sending 120VAC to the power transformer. If not, the control board may have to be replaced.
