The above dryer with s/n S 9902259909 appears to have a timer problem in that it will run continuously. The original timer is 505474P and is no longer available. Several other variations of the device are available on E Bay and I need advice as to whether an alternate item will work in place of the original or how to rewire it ? HELP !

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend an alternative part from the 505471P nor would we be able to recommend how to wire an alternative.
