I have a Kenmore Elite 795.72059. Sometimes the freezer does not always stay frozen. In door ice in bin will melt and refreeze. I have cleaned in the back of fridge. I have also unplugged for 24 hours and restarted but nothing has helped. Any suggestions on what to try?

Rankell1111, do the compressor and the fans run continuously or for very long periods of time?

About how long does it go before it thaws everything out? It sounds like the temperature issue might be occurring around a defrost cycle which can identify one of two possibilities.

Not to sure. I just at times will notice water near seal of ice maker where I believe the ice melts and runs out of the holding bin. Sometimes I get water and is not not cold. Other times it seems ice cubes are frozen and water is cold that comes out. I have not pinpointed a time when it does this. I do not know when the defrost cycle occurs.
