I’m troubleshooting an lg front load washing machine model WM9000HVA

It will wash a load then when finished. It won’t turn on. I found that by disconnecting the plugs off the part pictured here, Part holding the power button for
5 seconds and plugging the wires back on the units power button will work again. Simply unplugging and trying the reset procedure doesn’t work.

If you have any tips on what’s causing it please let me know. Thanks.

Not sure if it’s good or bad but this is where I’ve been unhooking plugs to get the washer to turn on.

The part in the picture is going to be the noise filter EAM60991310. When the washer is in the state of failure, it can be tested for 120VAC incoming and outgoing voltage. If there is voltage coming in from the power cord but not going out at the opposite connector, the noise filter has failed. https://www.appliancepar...m60991310-ap6028807.html
