WM4070HVA LG washer wont spin. Replaced hull sensor, motor stator, motor harness. Still wont spin and still showing LE error. I can hear the pump kick on, acts like it's going to cycle, rotor has no movement and then nothing.

Inspected rotor assemply and magnets look good. Spline looks good. Wiring harnesses under the top look good - no obvious corrosion or damage. Rotor and Tub will not move whether plugged in or not.


I did notice in videos when they they reinstall the rotor assembly, their's spins as they are tightening the bolt. Mine does not....it's locked tight. It didnt spin prior to me replacing the stator either. Will replacing the rotor assembly fix my issue OR is it something else that i need to consider?
