GFW650SSN0WW Frontload washer

Machine pretty much gets the end - where it is supposed to go into spin cycle (last 13 minutes of cycle) and stops there. Sounds like it sits at the 13 minute mark and pump just runs.

I've replaced the door switch, and also the main control board.

In test mode, it seems as though all tests work, including the spin test (# 14).

I currently am getting error codes 38 (vent damper) and 44 (inverter fault).

I dont understand why the spin cycle works completely during the test, but fails during a normal cycle.

Any ideas/suggestions for what to do next? Would either of hte 38 or 44 codes prevent the spin from happening?
