We replaced the snubber ring and springs on our Maytag six months ago. Excess noise and walking during spin cycle was resolved. Now, from the looks of it, the snubber ring is even more chewed up than it was before replacing it (judging by the amount of visible white residue). Any thoughts on what else might be wrong with the machine leading to such quick wear? I don't know whether this is relevant, but it's worth mentioning the machine has been moved several times recently.
