My whirlpool refrigerator suddenly stopped making ice; however, the water dispenser still works properly. Fridge section is still freezing as well, it seems like it's only the ice maker that its not working. I was wondering if maybe the water inlet valve could be the problem, but I noticed that it has two valves (W10238100 and W10258562) and was wondering if both valves should be replace or if anyone has a different opinion as to what could be causing this issue please advise. Thank you very much for your time and help.

I am experiencing the same issue on the same model fridge. Started about a week ago. Had Sears repair out and they "reset" the ice maker and it worked for a day. Ordered a new ice maker and it worked for a day then stopped also.
I put the original part back and it worked for a day again and stopped.

I can reset by dropping power from the fridge for a couple of minutes.

Any ideas of what might be happening here?
