Hi:

I have a Kenmore 110.21252112 washing machine that most of the time will not finish the complete cycle. The machine stops sometimes at the rinse process and other times stop when the LED marks the spin cycle. Sometimes it will not rinse at all and the machine do not drain the water at all and I have to remove the clothes manually and empty the water in the machine by gravity. I replace the Lid Lock Latch and the Strike but it did not work. If I reset the machine and select the Spin/Dry position, the machine will continue until the cycle is complete. Any help on this problem? Thanks.

Hi:

I remove the agitator and replace the agitator dogs that were broken. I place the machine in the Automatic Test Procedure and it will go thru all the test without a problem except for the Drain Pump Runs step. It will not start the drain pump. I tried the Manual Test Procedure and the Drain Pump did not run in that step either.I replaced the drain pump but still have the same problem. What should I check next? Need help, please.
