I have a DD24DCX6, both drawers were washing and both stopped at same time about mid cycle, top one was on heavy cycle and bottom was heavy cycle w/ECO, I had started them about 2 minutes apart. About mid cycle they both cut off with error code F9. Both drawer lids stayed in locked position and had to be forced open. Shutting down power for DW at the breaker for about 5 minutes did not reset it. They both still have water in them as I can not restart them, I can select start but nothing runs and shortly after will get F9 error. What ever happened control both drawers so it can't be both control modules. Checked for any standing water under bottom drawer but it is dry. I previously had the dd603 model which had other issues that I kept fixing until I got this dd24d but I had never come across f9 error. I can't seem to come up with any info searching for a fix to this, does anyone know what to check first? Edited by user Tuesday, April 11, 2023 4:50:27 AM(UTC)

After 9 days and no response I'm thinking it must be a secret that can't be let out to say what may be the problem. Luckily I took it upon myself to tear into this machine and found the issue which has been working so far for the last week. Not sure if this fix is something that I can talk about as it may be too much of an inside repair secret to let out.
