I have a Kenmore Elite 795.71073.013 fridge with two freezers. At the bottom of the bottom freezer I saw ice frozen. At times, this ice would come out as water from the sides.
I cleaned the clog in the drain pipe but the drain pipe was not even wet. After thorough cleaning, I still see the water/ice below the bottom freezer tray. What should be my next step? Thank you.
