The ice and water dispenser for my LMXS30796S/00 french door refrigerator is not working. I verified that the main valve is working and water flows all of the way to the secondary valve. I tested the secondary valve and each valve has a resistance of ~380 Ohms, which seems reasonable. However, my multi-meter showed no change in voltage at the connector when trying to dispense ice or water. It's also the case that the auger for dispensing the ice does not turn, though the door flap opens.

Any ideas? Is there a special power control board which controls the secondary valve and ice auger?
