Hi, i have a Samsung rfg298aabp . My bottom ice maker is not dropping ice. When i press the ice maker reset it fills but does not drop. I bought a new one and still same problem. I recently noticed my freezer is not at correct temp. My ice cream is soft. When i do a hard reset on the fridge it shows 88 88, but then goes away.
What part might i need? Any other tests i can perform to help me diagnose the issue?
