I have put the above water inlet valve on my General Electric DTL18ICSRRBS but the ice tray still isn't filling. The black water tube that runs from the inlet valve is cold indicating there's water in the line.

Any suggestions on why the tray isn't filling? The customer had been manually adding water to the tray and letting it cycle then dumping the ice cubes. Could that have messed up the cycle?

I can't find anything on the web that helps so far.
