I have Kenmore Elite HE3. It isn't heating and the drum is not spinning. The thermal fuse and the thermistor tested OK for continuity. The element tested OK. The dryer turns on OK and I get the interface panel working fine. I can hear what I assume to be a relay click when I hit start. It's just the drum and the heating element that don't work. It doesn't matter if it's on a timed cycle or a Censor cycle. If there is a separate blower motor, that does not come on either. Any ideas?
