Back in July my freezer door wasn’t closed properly and everything inside began to sweat. We dried things off and put on the super freeze function so it would bring the temp down quicker. Since then it was great. Two days ago I noticed the meats in the bottom basket were thawing on the left side only. Strange. The top two shelves are building up snow like frost. Everything is frozen except the bottom basket. I love this freezer. It’s been a champ since purchase. Please help…!
