We have a 4 year old KitchenAid drawer frig/freezer that appears to be over-heating. There is no accumulation of dust bunnies or build up on the cooling fins and the fans appear to be working. Exhaust temperature is not particularly high (90 degrees max in an ambient room temp of 75 degrees). Problem has been going on since almost new but of course I never got around to having it serviced while under warranty. Both drawers achieve their set temperatures. I would not have been aware of the issue except for the overheating alarm. We have reset it numerous time but it will come on again within a few hours to a few days.
