I was charged $69 for a repair company to come out and inspect my washing machine only to have them tell me that the clutch was bad and it wasn't worth the $300-$500 to fix it and that I should buy a new one. They spent about 20 minutes examining my machine. I found the service manual online for my machine only to discover that my machine doesn't have a clutch. I then went online to AppliancePartsPro.com and viewed diagnostic/repair videos for my model. All indications pointed to a bad "thrust bearing." I bought the thrust bearing kit and a new drive belt. It took me 30 minutes to install following the Appliance Parts Pro videos and the washer performs flawlessly now
