On the Regular cycle, the Maytag LAT8416AAE will fill with water but will not agitate, drain or spin. You can hear the timer clicking but it just sits there filled with water. The same is true of Permanent Press. However, if I turn the knob to the Delicate cycle it will fill, agitate, drain and spin.
