I'm debating whether or not to take this from a friend. When he replaced it, the big box installer told him the drain hose was kinked. That doesn't explain why it drains on rinse but not on wash.

If it never drained, I may be inclined to think it was as simple as a kinked drain line but since it drains some of the time, I'm not so sure.

Any thoughts?

edit: No error codes, just doesn't drain.
