The agitator is not spinning and the washer is making a grinding noise. I have the new coupler. I can’t for the life of me get the top (where the dials are) off. There are no plastic sides to pop off revealing screws and I have tried sliding a putty knife under the top in hopes of hitting a “clip” that would release it. No luck. How do I get the top off? What am I missing?? Thanks
