Hello....I just moved to Condo w/ 2006 BOSCH Refrigerator Side-by-Side Refrigerator (Model #B20CS50SNS/01) with a Water Dispenser in the Door. It works fine....except.....I almost have to turn upside down to see the Water Dispenser Nipple to be able to aim my water bottle hole to fit the water dispenser nipple inside the bottle....so the water doesn't go everywhere....when i try to fill my water bottle. It is as if....there is a small tube missing....which should be pertruding out of the water nipple. I have gone online to the Bosch site and looked at the schematic parts list for this refrigerator....and....can't find any diagram that is detailed enough to show the parts including the water dispenser nipple and the (possibly missing) EXTENSION PART that should be pertruding out of the nipple. Has anyone else experienced this? WHAT IS THE MISSING PART (possibly a tube) THAT SHOULD BE PERTRUDING OUT OF THE WATER DISPENSER WHITE NIPPLE? How can I find a parts list for this refrigerator, with the kind of detail that would include the water dispenser nipple (and missing extension part that needs to extend out of the nipple) since it doesn't show on the Bosch parts list schematic for this refrigerator? Thanks in advance for any suggestions and PLEASE EMAil me with any ideas! Robin
