Good evening everyone,

My Whirlpool WTW5000DW0 top load washer is not finishing out the cycle and always seems it is out of balance no matter what amount of clothes are in the washer. I can sometimes reduce the size of the load and it will work if I select the drain and spin, but this does not work all the time.

I have checked the leveling to make sure that it hasn't become unlevel. I found on a forum where the springs might need replacing, so I replaced the drum hanging springs with no luck in fixing the problem. Is there something that I am missing? I did not see any type of centering springs on the tub and when I was replacing springs it literally ate through the dampening pads on the sides of the washer. Thanks in advance for any insight into anything that I am missing or might have overlooked.

Thanks!
