I just got a couple of Maytag washers in an unknown state. I thought it was going to be an easy run...but when I put the coins in the drop, they are not registering. The display still says ADD 1.00. In the service box, they are connected to the 4 wire white connector. There is another 4 wire black connector in there as well but I'm not sure if that's for a coin slide. I swapped the coinslides on one machine, and I still don't get the amount to decrement. I only had the cold water hooked up. Does anyone know how to determine if this is a main board issue vs coin drop sensors? The coin drops look pretty clean inside.
