I have a Samsung DV395ETPASU/A1 dryer that's not heating. I've replaced the thermal fuse, thermistor, thermostat, heating element, and blower motor. It's still not heating. What should my next step be?

Can you possibly explain all that? I just got a multimeter today and have never messed with any of sort wiring or anything like that before. I'm a complete newbie trying to do all this.
