I have a GE CYE23TSDCSS French Door Counter Depth refrigerator, I recently had to replace the inverter for the compressor because the refrigerator and freezer would not stay cool and the inverter was bad.

Prior to this everything else on the refrigerator worked as advertised.

Since then, the following functions no longer work:
no water through the door
no hot water through the door
no ice being made
the flapper doesn’t operate, nor does the auger.

I have tested the inlet valve and it reads 409 ohms.
Any idea of what the problem is?
