So, this Kenmore Washer 110.21302013 was given to me. I don't know how old it is. It is leaving hair and lint all over the clothes like their not even washed. The lint trap on the drain is brand new.

I've never done any of this before but after all the video I've watched I'm doing my best to explain.

I am trying to get the spin basket off to clean inside of it because in thinking that's what the problem is. Looking along side it, it looks pretty nasty. It confirms my suspicious because I have had difficulty getting most of the pieces off because of all of the dirt and scrud. So I am down to taking the spin basket out and Everytime I go to pull it out it comes up and inch or two and it won't go any further, it's stuck or something. I'm not sure.

My hope is to get it off and clean the outside of it and the inside of the outside basket. Or however you would say it. And get whatever gunk is in there out and no hopefully that will resolve the hair and lint.


Any feedback or ideas on this is appreciated. I need to do laundry help!
