OK, GE model GHWN4250D0WW is not extracting water. The drain pump was replaced a while back. We are having trouble with the rinse and spin. During rinse, I do not hear water injecting at times, and during spin, I hear it spinning, but no longer does it goes into that super high speed spin. Been having to run extra spin cycle. I dont smell rubber such as a slipping belt and I have replaced the belt already. I know it has a transmission that shift speeds at bottom of tub and controlled by a computer. Looked in the common items and seen nothing like my issue. Its not noisy when it does spin.

Thanks. Rick
