A piece clothing got stuck under the agitator. A repairman was called. The piece of cloth was removed. Since, no agitation. Everything seems to be working sequentially, except that the agitator stays stuck when it comes to agitating the load either in wash mode or rinse mode. I suspect that some cloth is still stuck somewhere. 2 questions:

1.- How do I remove the agitator to verify?
2.- What part could possibly be defective and need replacement?
