I went to turn on my garbage disposal this morning and noticed that the switch was in the on position. I’m not sure whether the motor is burned out or if there is a trip switch I could try before planning on replacement.

Primarily I will contact an electrician to investigate that if the switch is broken. If it is OK then I have to contact manufacturer for troubleshooting.

Ok washer model WA45M7050AW....the washer was unbalanced. We thought the lid latch was bad. Bought a new lid latch. Still not working. Another site said the damper stabilizer bar might be bad.
