My GE gtws8350h makes a ratcheting noise when it needs to spin or agitate. It stopped all together on my wife this weekend while doing some towels and sheets. I am guessing the weight was the problem as it spins when empty during service test but still makes the noise. What are the chances something is loose/bent or maybe debris vs something very expensive?
