Reviewed info for repairing agitator.
Didn't see anything that stated what the problem is if the whole agitator pulls straight out - no tools...just lifts out. Videos stated using socket to remove.
Dog ears looked good, bolt? coming out bottom of agitator smelled a little burnt with tiny metal shavings. Ugh...
