This unit is installed in my motorhome. It has been running fine for 10 years. Looks and works great.

Recently I noticed that the freezer temp was getting quite a bit warmer (12°F) when set to zero. It eventually got as high as 24°F. Items are starting to soften up, and ice in the tray appears wet.

Turning on turbo cool gets it back down to about 8°. The fridge section stays rock solid at the set 37°F.

All fans are running, compressor is humming and hot. Coils are clean. Door seals are snug and no cold can be felt escaping.

I do have a 5yo and 7yo that are sometimes not so gentle or fully close doors, so I am open to the idea that perhaps the unit has been left with the doors not fully closed for extended periods of time. But for the last 24hrs, there has been little use, and doors have been fully closed when not used.

Some preliminary searches reveal it might be the defrost heater or temp sensor. The former (WR50X10042) is apparently no where to be found on line.

Compounding my dilemma is that this unit is inside a camper - and likely was inside before the walls went up. Getting this beast out (and a replacement in) is possible, but doors have to come off, and it has to be slid out of an emergency exit window - something that requires muscle (lots of young, capable, strong friends) - something hard to find when on the road. So repairing this fridge is worth a premium (over replacing it).
