Currently experiencing two issues:

1. Water fills slow for both cold/hot. I already checked water hoses/water pressure/valve filters(also cleaned them) and water still fills so slow. If I hit Pause button and then press Play button, the water fills normal and it will work for the remainder of the wash until I start a new load. Sometimes, I get F8E1 if I don't press pause/play. I don't think it's valve issue as water loads normal if I pause/play.

2. This happened once in a while that sensor would show "Wash" but washer was actually spinning and when it's actually on the "Spin" cycle, the wash time will change from 2 minutes to 16 minutes then water start filling again and machine would start wash cycle over again. Sometimes it would spin while there still water in the tub. I got F7E5 before but after clearing it, it never came back. Will replacing Shift Actuator fix this issue?
