I have a Kenmore 80 series 110.24862300 top loading washer.

1st issue (main): It is making a noise (na na na na na na) at startup of spin cycle, and then goes away as it builds up to cruising speed; no noise at cruising speed.

Fills, rinses, stops, spins, agitates, drains well.

This issue just started after repairs yesterday; we did lay it on its back for repairs.

We replaced (and double checked) the coupler, clutch, and the agitator dogs.

2nd issue: We did notice the white plastic washer for the agitator basket has a broken bottom prong/peg, top peg is still present. What might this take care of? It should be replaced, correct?

Does anyone know what main issue of the noise is from, and how to fix it? Also what is the plastic washers for?

Thanks,

Ron
