Please advise. I tried the popular turn to 6 o'clock then hold spin button and turn to the next cclick 7 o'clock position, release spin button, turn dial to off method and no luck. Picked up another machine just for the board and after 2 cycles it's showing the same code, and won't reset.

Please tell me there is another method for this model. Wap24201uc. Also swapped in the better motor and still can't reset

Also tried another method of holding start button and turning dial one turn counter clockwise with no luck. Found this method on a YouTube video comments. People stated it worked on older models

Did you ever find out how to reset this error code. I have tried every reset method I can find and haven’t had any luck. Thanks

Here is an FYI for others as I just ran into the same problem on a Bosch WAP24200UC/11 washer. Since that code isn't in the owner manual, a call to Bosch indicated either the motor or the pump as the probable cause. A clogged drain area usually throws an E-18 code, so I checked the motor first (since it was easier to access from the rear). The motor brushes were worn, and replacing those was easy compared to getting the drum belt back into place. A second call to Bosch was needed to clear the E-21 error code, which required turning the knob to Off for a few seconds, rotating it one click to the left, and then pressing and holding the Start/Pause button until the display came back on. For whatever reason, I found that this had to be done twice.

Thanks for posting about the E21 for WAP24200UC. I had error E12, replaced the brushes on the motor and then had E21 after the brush replacement. Rotating the dial counter-clockwise one click from the off position to the Perm Press position then holding the Start/Pause did the trick. Many thanks!
