So my issue is that I went to replace the Evaporator cover because the fan wire had come apart. I then discovered that what it plugs into is *also* corroded and has no metal to connect the red wire (upper left of circled) to. So obviously, just replace that or get to the wire, right? Yet, no access panel to get to that and the service manual doesn't cover this.

Advice on what to do? I need to get the fan wires attached in order to have an operational fridge. Right now, it's just sitting there off.
