I have an LG WT5170HV that will run through a cycle then stop shortly afterwards. I have tried a number of modes and the result is always the same. If I cut power at the breaker and wait a few minutes it will start all over again. There are no error codes on the display, it just stops where it was at. For example, the tub clean cycle starts at 56 min. The drum turns, the water fills and then it goes into some pulsing and rocking of the drum. It comes to a stop at 53 min remaining at which time none of the buttons on the front panel are responsive. Once power is reapplied it restarts at the 56 min point again but only adds a little bit of water because the water from the earlier run was still in it. I have used the spin cycle which starts at 10 min to empty the water, it does spin and does pump out the water but stops at the 8 min point.

I went through the checkout procedure of the installation section of the manual and it failed the wash too, but since it said to add 6 lbs of laundry I wasn't sure if it failed because there was no laundry in it. Also both hot and cold water lines are supplied by cold water. I have attempted to run cold water modes and tap cold water setting to see if the problem might be a water temp sensor.

Any suggestions?
