Model MVWC565FW0
Approx 5 years old

Will agitate and drain. Starts to spin and then "cycles" out and moves on to next cycle. Basket will free spin for 30ish seconds after spin cycle starts. Drum will free spin by hand with no tension or noise. I'm able to turn the drum from the bottom of the washer with the belt and associated parts.
Only error Code is F0 E5 which doesn't make sense with issues.
I have removed the drum, tub and parts on the bottom of the washer including gear box. Gear box had some rust and looked like excessive wear on teeth on end of shaft. I replaced the gear box and shaft, put the washer back together and....................... still having same issues. No other visible wear and tear on other parts/splines, etc.

Here's a (sideways ;-D ) video to listen to the noise as it enters spin mode.

Maytag washer

Thanks,
Cade

Do you know how to put the unit in diagnostic mode? If not get the tech data book from plastic bag inside front wall of machine.
