The washer will not spin out. Each time it finishes the rinse cycle the lid lock light will flash and eventually go out and the rinse cycle will start over again, even with the lid up. I have already replaced the Actuator and its still doing the same thing. I ran the error codes and got what looks like an upside down/backward F7 or an LE with the top line on the E missing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
