The reason for 2 model numbers is because no website (including KitchenAid's recognizes the 08 even though it is the actual number from the sticker on the door jamb).

A year or so ago I replaced the thermal fuse after oven quit at end of self-cleaning cycle. Checked that first, continuous. There is power to the main board and the transformer is putting out 24-25 volts to the board. I just switched out this board with no change. There doesn't seem to be any ribbon cable pinout info to the oven control panel so I couldn't verify the the old board wasn't the problem. So now I suspect that the oven control is the actual problem.

Anyone with experience with this or similar stove or thoughts on if I am missing something or heading in the right direction?

The gas cooktop lights fine.
