I don't know if there is a problem with whoever makes these things in China having issues with materials? I have ordered about 100 285785 model number clutches that fit most, if not all of the neutral drain style Whirlpool built washers. I install one, it lasts about 2 weeks, then it's burned up. Has anyone else had this problem with these? I have ordered them from multiple different vendors and they just don't last worth a hoot. I never, ever had this problem until a few months ago. Been replacing these things for years and years, then all of the sudden this spring, bam. Bad clutches left and right. Has anyone else been having this problem?
