Its a frigidaire chest freezer. I smelled something burning but didn’t realize until 1 day later that the run capacitor had gone bad. Replaced it, put the plug in the outlet for 10 hours and no sound from the compressor and freezer had not cooled any.
Turned the thermostat slowly and heard faint clicking so i think the thermostat is working. I also checked continuity of thermostat and ig checked out. There didn’t appear to be a starter relay on either side of the capacitor.

Whats the next step?
